To begin push your ALT and O key and the same time and you will see image on left. Under Category you will see several selections, point your mouse to +Connect and it should be highlighted (blue). |

If you see a + to the left of Connect click on the + and the + will change to a - and it will expand showing you several options. |

Point and click your mouse on Options and you will see a the Perform button on the right. |

Point and clicking on the Perform button the Perform
window will appear. You need to click the small box "Enable perform
on connect" so that it has a check mark. In the large box below
"Perform Command" you will add the NickServ Identify command
/ns ID yourpassword. Then click the Ok button.
